Garlic Onion Tortilla Stack

Garlic Onion Tortilla Stack. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes, until soft. Wrap tortilla stack in plastic wrap and let set up for 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator.

Cook for a further 1 minute. Add the onions and garlic and cook for a minute, add mushrooms and capsicum, season well with salt and pepper and fry for around 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until well cooked. Grill each wedge on each side until warmed and grill marks appear.

Add The Garlic Halfway Through Along With The Tomato Puree & Chilli Flakes/Chilli Powder.

Stack the tortillas on top of one another, with the last tortilla on top having no mixture spread on it. Wrap cake well in plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
